This two-year project (January 2024 – December 2025), implemented by the National Olympic Committees of Poland (coordinator), Croatia, Ukraine and Greece together with the Polish Institute of Sport Management and the European Network for Innovation and Knowledge (EUNIK), aims to improve leadership skills among elite athletes, coaches and staff of National Olympic Committees and National Federations through a series of workshops and a mentoring program.

The meeting began with a welcome address by Ms. Lyudmila Panchenko, Executive Director of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine.
