Croatian Federation of Sports for the Deaf was founded on February 29, 1992 in Zagreb as the National Sports Federation – the body comprising sports clubs, sports associations, sports federations and other federations whose activities are aimed at the interests of the deaf on the entire territory of Croatia, all in accordance with the politics of the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf – ICSD.
