Set to the classic song “Ti Amo” (“I Love You”), the film captures the powerful emotions evoked by sport—desire, dedication, and anticipation—wrapped in undeniable passion, warmth, and the humor of the Italian spirit. All of this offers a glimpse into the Winter Olympic Games, Italian style. The film also features winter sports superstar Eileen Gu, a two-time Olympic champion in freestyle skiing from Beijing 2022.

Italy’s passion for sport, breathtaking landscapes, culture, fashion, and cuisine will provide them with incredible motivation to showcase their talents. Athletes’ performances and the new Italian spirit of Milan and Cortina will bring people together through inspiring and emotional sporting moments, infused with Italian passion and renowned hospitality—making people fall in love with Italy and winter sport all over again- said IOC President Kirsty Coventry.
The 25th Winter Olympic Games will take place from 6 to 22 February 2026, marking their return to Italy after 20 years. Milan and Cortina will present 16 adrenaline-filled Olympic disciplines in spectacular settings—from the natural beauty and grandeur of the Italian Alps to the cosmopolitan energy of Milan. Both destinations will serve as stages for unforgettable and magical Winter Olympic Games.
The film “Ti Amo” has been specially created for broadcast by Olympic broadcasters worldwide, as well as across Olympic digital platforms and throughout the entire Olympic family starting from 6 January. It is part of a global IOC campaign celebrating the unique spirit of the Winter Olympic Games in Italy, beginning with the Olympic Rings pasta—a joyful symbol inspiring people to come together for the winter spectacle taking place in one month in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo.
