The Croatian Olympic Committee was represented by Romana Caput Jogunica, member of the ENGSO Executive Committee; Ivana Šamija, member of the ENGSO Committee for Equality in Sport; and Maja Poljak, Croatian Olympic Committee’s EU Funds and International Cooperation Coordinator, who is currently working on ENGSO’s Erasmus+ project SURE – Sport for Resilience, Unity and Empowerment.

The first day of the event was dedicated to the International Women in Sport Congress, featuring inspiring panel discussions under the titles “Strength Is Not Only Physical,” “The Equality Game: Sponsorships and Women’s Sport,” and “We Run the World.” The day concluded with the presentation of the International Women in Sport Congress Awards.

The second day was focused on the final conference of the Erasmus+ project CHANGE, during which the project results were presented. This was followed by a dynamic discussion with representatives of the European Commission, addressing future directions of European sports policy and gathering valuable feedback from partners. The day continued with a workshop where participants explored ways to apply the project outcomes.

The closing day of the event took place at the Joan Antoni Samaranch Olympic and Sport Museum, marking the conclusion of the CHANGE project activities and announcing the exciting news – the Croatian Olympic Committee will host the European Sport Platform 2026, which will be held in Split, alongside the final conference of the Erasmus+ project SURE.
