In the one-day education, the Croatian Olympic Academy presented the model of functioning and ensured the passing of the know-how model to the Kosovo colleagues.
- I am glad that participants of the program of the Croatian Olympic Academy and the International Olympic Academy, whose participant was once Mr. Aliti as well, held important duties in the world of Olympism and use the received knowledge to raise the quality and form new academies. I am also satisfied that the model of functioning and operation of the Croatian Olympic Academy has been recognized at the European and world level (let us remind you, the Croatian Olympic Academy also received praise for its work from the International Olympic Committee, Pr.pot.). We look forward to feedback and continued cooperation, said Director of the Croatian Olympic Academy Saša Ceraj.
Kosovo's delegation was also received by Croatian Olympic Committee’s President Zlatko Mateša and Secretary General Siniša Krajač, who have highlighted excellent relations between the two national Olympic committees and the Croatian Olympic Committee’s openness to future cooperation. Kosovo Olympic Committee’s Secretary General Besim Aliti thanked the Croatian Olympic Academy and the Croatian Olympic Committee for their cooperation and pointed out that a month ago they founded the Kosovo Olympic Academy and - after a long search – they realized that the model of functioning of the Croatian Olympic Academy is exactly what they would like to launch in Kosovo.
