Zagreb, November 6, 2019 -The International Olympic Committee’s Olympic Solidarity has positively resolved the Croatian Olympic Committee’s (COC) candidacy for the Winter Olympians Scholarships. A total of ten potential male and female Olympians from 6 sports will participate in the Olympic Scholarships Program for athletes of the Beijing 2022 Olympics. These are: Filip Zubčić, Istok Rodeš, Elias Kolega and Matej Vidović (Alpine Skiing), Dražen Silić and Antonio Zelić (Bobsleigh), Laudelino Antonio Souza-Kordeira (Figure Skating), Lea Jugovac (Snowboard) and "Nordics" Krešimir Crnković (Biathlon) and Vedrana Malec (Cross-Country Skiing).

Zagreb, April 26, 2017 - International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) Olympic Solidarity granted the Croatian Olympic Committee a financial support in the amount of 28,000 USD for the preparation of young athletes for the summer European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF), which will be held from July 23 - 29, 2017 in Győr, Hungary.

ZAGREB, November 27, 2014. – International Olympic Committee's Olympic Solidarity has approved another financial support to the Sports Television (SPTV). The amount of 70,000 U.S. dollars is intended for spreading the values of Olympism and promotion of the Olympic Games in Rio in 2016 through the specialized digital sports channel, in 100% ownership of the Croatian Olympic Committee.

Zagreb, May 29th 2014 - After the scholarship for participating at the Winter Olympics in Sochi in 2014, where they performed for the first time and showed a great sports potential, the Croatian Olympians, young alpine skiers Filip Zubcic and Andrea Komsic, were awarded the new, so-called "transitional" scholarship (Winter Interim Scholarships for Athletes) of the continental program of support to excellent and top athletes (Continental Athlete Support Programme). -
