Zagreb, 29 November 2020 - With an 87-72 victory over Sweden and previous over Turkey with 79-62, the Croatian National Basketball Team secured its place at the qualifying European Championships in Istanbul in 2022.

Zagreb, 25 May 2020 - One of the greatest Croatian athletes of all time - Krešimir Ćosić - left us too early, on this day exactly a quarter of a century ago. Although Zagreb native by birth (1948), his basketball career began in Zadar, where he grew up and established himself as a player in the late 1960's.

Zagreb, May 13, 2020 - Instead of the postponed competition in June this year, Croatian basketball players will host Olympic qualifications in Split from 29 June to 4 July 2021.  This is the epilogue of adjusting the competition calendar between the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC), and qualifying tournaments will be held at the same time in Belgrade (Serbia), Kaunas (Lithuania) and Victoria (Canada) as well.
