Zagreb, 23 May 2021 - After the Olympic qualifications in kayaking and canoeing on the calm waters, the competition program in Barnaul, Russia, continued with the races of the 2nd World Cup Regatta, which two Croatian trustees for Tokyo - canoeist Vanesa Tot and kayaker Anamaria Govorčinović - marked by climbing to the winning pedestal.

Zagreb, 21 May 2021 - After the recent venture of the kayaker Anamaria Govorčinović, Croatia also has an Olympic standard in canoeing on calm waters. At the world qualification tournament in Barnaul, Russia for this summer's Tokyo Olympics, the Croatian canoeist Vanesa Tot won first place (50,006) in the C1 200m.

Zagreb, 13 May 2021 - At the European Olympic qualification tournament in kayaking and canoeing on calm waters, held in Segedin (Hungary), Croatian kayaker Anamaria Govorčinović achieved the Olympic standard by winning the second place in women's final K1 500M race. The member of the Zagreb club KKK Matija Ljubek was second with time 1:56:70, while the fastest was Spain’s Isabel Contreras (1:56:15).
