Lausanne, 3 September 2020 - The Executive Committee of the National Olympic Committee of Lithuania (LNOC) on August 13 approved the Olympic Movement Code on the Prevention of the Manipulation of Competitions.
Based on the recommendations of the IOC and the draft documents submitted, the LNOC Executive Committee approved the LNOC's Code of Prevention of Manipulation of Competitions during its meeting. The LNOC had participated in the last IOC-INTERPOL-UNODC webinar of July 21-23 and will be now furtehr advancing with its activation.
Earlier this summer, the General Assembly of the Croatian Olympic Committee, also adopted the Olympic Movement Code. Both NOCs will go on working closely with the Olympic Movement Unit on the Prevention of the Manipulation of Competitions towards their activation. (IOC / NOCnet - NOC News)
