Osijek, May 26, 2019 - Gymnastics World Cup (DOBRO World Cup Osijek 2019) in the Osijek sports hall Gradski vrt brought Croatia two brightest medals. After Robert Seligman’s gold won on Saturday in Pommel Horse, on the second day of finals the best Croatian gymnast Ana Đerek won another gold medal. In the finals of the party, Ana brilliantly performed in Floor Wag and received a high score of 13,033, worth the first place. With the same number of points, the second was Ukrainian Angelina Radivilova who, despite a higher starting score, had a weaker performance than Ana.

With the fourth place in Balance Beam, Ana beat her current best placement from Osijek (lacking 0.034 points for the medal). Gold medal in Floor Exercise at the World Cup Anna's second gold in her career, after she won a gold medal in the competition in Baku in 2018. The second Croatian representative in Sunday's finals was the current European Vice Champion Tin Srbić. In High Bar finals, he performed his new, very demanding exercise, which should reach its peak at the World Championships in Stuttgart. Unfortunately, Tin did not reach his third consecutive gold in Osijek. Because of the fall at the beginning of the exercise, he took the sixth place with a score of 12,933.

Let us remind you, the host and the face of this year's the World Cup, Robert Seligman, won a gold medal on Saturday in Pommel Horse with a score of 14,533. After 11 years of performing in his hometown, he won his first "Osijek" gold... Tijana Tkalčec took the fifth place in Vault Wag and Aurel Benović the seventh in Floor Mag.
