ZAGREB, 29th July 2012. - London Olympics represented a great place and opportunity for many bilateral meetings between leaderships of national Olympic committees and the Croatian house, organized in London by the COC, represented the meeting place of sports and economic ideas and incentives for new agreements of national Olympic committees.
On July 29th, the President of Croatian Olympic Committee Mr. Zlatko Matesa met with the Vice-Chairman of Oman Olympic Committee Mr. Habib Macki and on July 30th with General Suwarno, the executive Vice President of the Indonesian Olympic Committee, and signed the cooperation agreements. The agreements with these national Olympic committees are based on education and top sports skills, possibility of studying at the faculties of kinesiology, especially at the Croatian University, and the use of sports camps and other benefits that Oman, Indonesia and Croatia can offer one another.
The Oman Olympic Committee is particularly interested in field hockey coaching skills, while the Indonesian Olympic Committee wants to learn more about tennis, sailing, basketball and football.
