ZAGREB/BUCHAREST, 11 December 2009 – At the invitation of the Romanian Olympic Committee, President of the Croatian Olympic Committee completed his two-day official visit to Bucharest today.

ZAGREB/BUCHAREST, 11 December 2009 – At the invitation of the Romanian Olympic Committee, President of the Croatian Olympic Committee completed his two-day official visit to Bucharest today.
At the Romanian Olympic Centre in Bucharest, Zlatko Matesa signed a Cooperation Agreement with the President of the Romanian Olympic Committee, who is also Matesa's colleague on the Executive Committee of the European Olympic Committees. The signed agreement will contribute to strengthening the cooperation and friendly relations between the two Olympic Committees.
"To our mutual pleasure, we agreed on cooperation, which will partly be implemented in the form of Croatian athletes holding training camp in the new Romanian Olympic Centre under favourable financial conditions," Matesa said. The Romanian Olympic Centre is situated in the vicinity of Bucharest and its sports infrastructure meets the highest criteria. The Centre includes an indoor Olympic pool, a gymnastics hall, a multipurpose hall and ample accommodation in two existing hotels.
