ZAGREB, 11th September 2012. - In London Croatia ended the Olympics with record six medals, of which even three golds. This proves that the rumors about never stronger Croatian Olympic team were absolutely realistic and founded.

In Beijing, thanks to Josip Glasnovic (who came in fifth in the finals), we learned that “clay pigeon shooting” is not a hunting party, but a very exciting Olympic discipline. In London first we realized that Croatia can win the Olympic medal (two shooters in the finals!) in this sports, but afterwards Cernogoraz won exactly the brightest one, gold! Three medals from two Olympics – the taekwondo turned into one of the most successful Croatian sports at the Olympics. The Croatian handball team also came up with a third medal at the Olympic Games, adding the bronze from London to their cabinet with gold from Atlanta and Athens. They were expecting and announcing the brightest medal, and all the matches except the semi-final one against France were on the trail of gold. Such domination on the handball floor has not been seen so far. But, at the end, one bad day took away the finals...
